Privacy Policy

Lovers, a private sticker chat for couples. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Lovers is a private space for two people. This page explains what the app stores about you, why, who else handles it, and how to delete it. We keep it short and we collect as little as we can.

Who we are

Lovers is published by LSTGMove, 885 Chemin des Amarens, 84340 Entrechaux, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@lstgmove.com.

What we store

WhatWhy
The character you choose (Dudu or Bubu)To show you to your partner.
The messages you and your partner exchangeTo deliver them and show your conversation on both phones.
The descriptions you type to create stickers, and the stickers themselvesTo draw the stickers and let you send them again.
Your phone's notification address (a code given by Apple on iPhone, or by Google on Android)To tell you when a message arrives. Only if you allow notifications.
Your plan and what you bought (product and dates)To give your couple the stickers you paid for. We never see your card or your Apple or Google account details.
Reports you send about a messageTo review content that someone found unacceptable.
Your phone's internet address, in our server's technical logsTo keep the service secure and prevent abuse. Kept for up to 30 days.

We do not ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across other apps or websites.

Who else handles your data

We do not sell your data. A few companies process some of it for us, only to run the service:

CompanyWhat it receives
OpenAI (United States)The description you type for a sticker and the pictures of your couple's characters, to check the request and draw the sticker. It does not receive your name or your messages.
Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android)Notifications on their way to your partner's phone, which include your name and the start of your message. Apple or Google Play also handles all payments.
RevenueCat (United States)The record of your purchases, linked to a random number that identifies your couple's space.
Amazon Web Services (India)Hosts our server, where the data above is stored.

This means your data is processed outside the European Union, in India and in the United States. We rely on the standard contractual protections these companies provide for such transfers.

How your messages are protected

Messages travel between your phone and our server over an encrypted connection. They are stored on our server so both phones can show the conversation. They are not end-to-end encrypted. We do not read your conversations; we look at a message only if it has been reported or if the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your data for as long as you use the app. You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Settings (the three dots at the top of the chat) and choose Delete my account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone settings, under your name, then Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play Store app, under Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@lstgmove.com. We use your data to provide the service you asked for, to keep it secure, and, for notifications, with your permission, which you can withdraw in your phone's settings. If you live in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

Lovers is intended for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app.
