How do I connect with my partner?

One of you opens the app, chooses a character and taps Start our space. A code appears. The other opens the app, taps I have a code from my partner and types it. The code works once and for 24 hours.

How do I make a sticker?

In the chat, tap your character at the bottom left. Choose who is in the sticker, describe in a few words what they are doing, and tap Draw. You see the sticker first and decide whether to send it. Stickers you have made can be sent again free, as often as you like.

The app says it could not draw my sticker

Descriptions are checked before drawing, and some are refused. Try describing the moment differently. A sticker that is refused or fails is not counted.

How do I cancel Couple Plus?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

I changed phone

Open the plans page (three dots at the top right of the chat, then See Couple Plus) and tap Restore purchases.

How do I report a message?

Press and hold the message, then choose Report.

How do I delete my account?

In Lovers, tap the three dots at the top right of the chat, then Delete my account. Your login and every message you sent are deleted immediately; when both of you have deleted your accounts, the whole space is deleted, sticker pictures included. Nothing is kept afterwards. See the privacy policy for details.

If you no longer have the app, write to contact@lstgmove.com with the subject "Delete my Lovers account" and, if you can, the day you started your space. We delete it within 30 days.
